In this survey, economic analysts are consulted about their expectations for specific time horizons. This survey is part of a set of tools for analyzing the transmission channels of monetary policy, which allows studying the degree of anchoring of inflation expectations, with the particularity that it enables the direct collection of information on expectations.
This survey has been conducted monthly since October 2003.
The results of the Monthly Survey of Analysts’ Economic Expectations (only available in Spanish) have already been published.
