The CONPES 4005 document of 2020 established the National Policy on Economic and Financial Inclusion and Education, which aims to integrate financial services into the daily activities of citizens and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), addressing their needs and creating economic opportunities to contribute to the country's growth and financial inclusion.

Likewise, Decree 1517 of 2021 created the Intersectoral Commission for Economic and Financial Inclusion and Education: Banca de las Oportunidades, whose functions include coordinating activities and carrying out the necessary actions for the implementation, monitoring, and promotion of the policy, plans, programs, and guidelines related to inclusion and the country's Economic and Financial Education (EEF in Spanish).

Within the framework of CONPES 4005 of 2020, a line of action related to the quality and relevance of non-formal economic and financial education programs was formulated. To this end, every two years Banco de la República carries out a national mapping of economic and financial education programs and initiatives, which seeks to characterize these activities in the country in order to identify the efforts being made in different entities, and thus obtain inputs for the construction of public policy that contribute to improving the levels of EEF in Colombia.

We therefore invite you to participate in this 2024 national mapping by filling out the following questionnaire. Your answers will be handled with strict confidentiality, and the results will be processed in aggregate form. In no case will we report responses by entity.

Please complete only one survey per entity and provide the information as completely as possible (survey only available in Spanish).

  • The average time to complete the survey is 30 minutes. Please make this space available in your agenda.
  • In case the survey tab closes, you will be able to reopen it where you left off, if done from the same device. If something different happens and you want to contact us, do not hesitate to write to us at BanrepEduca@banrep.gov.co
  • The results will be presented in aggregate form and will be available for consultation on the website https://www.PesosPensados.gov.co in a reasonable period of time.
