Luisa Fernanda Silva Escobar

LUISA FERNANDA is an economist with an undergraduate degree from the Universidad de los Andes and a master's degree in economic policy from Boston University (United States). She has worked in the public sector, particularly in the field of macroeconomics. Prior to her appointment as Financial Officer, she served as Director of the Planning and Budget Department at the Bank, starting in August 2017, and was Head of the Financial Sector Section in the Technical and Economic Information Department until July 2017. In addition, she has been a university lecturer for 29 years in subjects related to economics, finance and accounting.
