Refund Policy
For any cancellations received before 5pm EST on January 30, 2009, RSAmericas will retain $30 of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For students, $25 of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations through January 30, 2009, 5pm EST. $10 of any guest reception and dinner order will be retained for cancellations until 5pm EST on January 30, 2009. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on January 30, 2009.If you are unable to attend, however, you may transfer your registration to another attendee by contacting NARSC’s Executive Director, Jean-Claude Thill. Refund requests should be submitted to NARSC’s Executive Director, Jean-Claude Thill.
